Does cost include delivery?

Yes all our services include delivery, set-up and collection in the price.

Can we choose our own sweets when we hire a sweet cart?

We provide you with a list of sweets to choose from and if there is certain sweets you would like then we can source these for you.

What deposit is required?

Depending on the service/items our deposits are either £25.00 or £50.00

How long is hire of items?

Other than Candy Floss, Popcorn, Donut Wall and Magic Mirror all items are for a full day.

Do you serve the candy floss, popcorn and donuts?

Yes we serve your guests fully uniformed so you can enjoy your event.

Do you cater for allergies?

Yes all our team have received Allergen Training. Just let use know your allergies and we will ensure none of our items will contain these. 

When is the balance due for my event?

Depending if we need to order stick or specialist items your balance will be due either 2 or 4 weeks before your event. We will inform you of this  date.

When do you deliver and collect?

For Weddings we arrive in the morning and collect after your reception or the following depending what your venue allows.

For Parties we arrange delivery and collection with you for most events we arrive one hour before your event and then collect at the end of the evening. We will always work with you and your venue for the best times.

Do you have hygiene rating?

Yes we have 5 Star Rating with Southend-on-Sea Council and our certificate is available on request.

Are your items PAT Tested?

Yes all items are fully PAT Tested and certificates are available on request.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes we do and certificate is available on request.

Can you set-up our own items at our event?

Yes we can do this for you. Once we know what you require us to set-up we are able to give you the price.

Do you work with other suppliers?

We work very closely with other trusted suppliers which we are able to recommend to you.

Have you worked at our venue before?

We have worked at many venues across Essex. If it’s somewhere we have not been before then we will make arrangements to visit the venue prior to your event.

What happens if we are ill or have an accident?

We will still be able to provide your services and we have people that we trust to provide our services.

What methods of payment to you take?

We are able to take payment by either online bank transfer or PayPal.
